Allowed

• Researching public information with lawful purpose.
• Consent-based breach exposure checks for your own accounts or authorized domains.
• Defensive threat-intelligence and incident response workflows.

Not Allowed

• Credential theft, credential stuffing, phishing, malware deployment, or unauthorized access.
• Purchasing, selling, redistributing, or displaying leaked passwords.
• Doxing, stalking, harassment, intimidation, or targeting private individuals.
• Bypassing paywalls, CAPTCHAs, authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• Collecting sensitive personal data without clear necessity and lawful basis.

Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious abuse may be reported to appropriate providers or authorities.
